Water Aerobics for ALL Residents
Anne Strommer will be leading water aerobics most Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:30 to 7:30 pm in the Woodcreek pool for all adults interested in improving, or just maintaining, their health. It is a good, low-impact type of exercise and we have a good time. Use your pool and join us. The pool has just been resurfaced, but you will still need a pair of water socks and hand held weights comparable to your strength level. I use 1 pound weights myself only because they don't sell lighter ones. Sessions will begin the first week after the opening of the pool.
